The Story: Registration fee covered: It is the ATTENDEE's responsibility to read all updates in the Operation Sudden Strike Forum. Information about travel arrangments can be found in the forum. Registration Fee: $85.00 ($75.00 for alumni alumni of Sudden Stike I and II attendees). A non-refundable deposit of $45.00 is required at time of registration. By requesting to be a leader, i.e., Squad Leader, you hereby agree to take on responsibilities for a 5-12 person squad. If you are alumni of our previous Ops we thank you for your support. We would also respectfully ask that you make the effort to guide those who are less experienced and share your expertise with them during the OP. Participant Release This form MUST be signed and returned at time of registration (via "I Agree" button). Photo Release Indemnification The Participant understands that neither Colorado Milsim, event venue management/ownership, nor event sponsors maintain insurance covering the Participant's property and it is the sole responsibility of the Participant to obtain such insurance. While security personnel may be available generally for the purpose of safeguarding the general public at the event, the Participant is solely responsible for the safekeeping of his/her own property while attending the event during and after event hours. The Participant plays this event with the full knowledge of the event of Airsoft may cause bodily harm, serious injuries, loss of limbs and death. The Participant therefore assumes the responsibility to indemnify, defend and hold Colorado Milsim, event sponsors, event VIPs, and fellow event Participants, event venue management/ownership and their respective employees harmless against any claims arising from any loss suffered by the Participant. Participants with pre-existing medical conditions are required to specify the condition in the application form notes section. Participants with prior heart problems, asthma, and/or any other medical conditions that would prevent the Participant from strenuous activities should not take part in this event. All Participants are expected to and shall conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner. Any Participants who, in the opinion of Colorado Milsim and event sponsors, fails to conduct themselves in such a manner may be asked to leave the event at any time without any right to a refund of fees, either in whole or in part. We occasionally use photos of our event Participants in promotional material. By attending, you agree to allow us the use of your likeness, name, voice, photograph, signature, logo or trademark in such material. You are entering this event with the full knowledge of having your event activities documented by visual media and that you give the event management and production crew permission to use your image and likeness in a video/DVD documentary. Should this event be picked up by network television, 'featured' players will be reimbursed the entire entry fee.
Participant assumes responsibility and agrees to indemnify and defend Colorado Milsim, event sponsors, event VIPs, fellow event Participants, event venue management and ownership, and their respective employees and agents against any claims or expenses arising out of the use of the event premises.
